Details here. Since we only have two weeks, we would like a place that can offers this; -Beach -Relaxation -Food -Nature -Snorkeling -Surfing not a must. I see a lot of nice regions in Mexico to stay at, but can't really find out what's the "best". I have tried to search up different places but can't get my mind up on what's the best.
Not as "party city" as Cancun nor Huatulco with it's rough surf and surfer "partyian" but great food in PV and plus lots of quite spots including the upper island.
I agree with the recommendation for Puerto Vallarta. Easy to get to, easy to get around, good weather in January. There are a number of good day trips out of PV, both up the coast and to the southeast. There is no "best". Where you go depends on your interests, and for some people on their budgets. For instance the Caribbean beaches on the Yucuatan peninsula are in general more expensive than the ones on the Pacific coast, with a few exceptions.
The Caribbean beaches offer the best snorkeling, and it's hard to find good surfing. The Pacific coast beaches offer the best surfing, and it's a lot harder to find snorkeling there.
